Romans 7:1 - 7:12

RomansSteve Gregg
In this discussion, Paul addresses the relationship between believers and the law, explaining that Christians are now married to Christ and produce fruit of the Spirit, no longer needing external control from the law. The law defines sin and condemns us, but it does not stop us from sinning and can exacerbate sinfulness in our lives. While the law is holy and good, it does not solve the human problem of being unable to meet its standard, and a solution to this problem will be explored in the following chapter.
